Delivery & Shipping

Where does Olives and Bear ship? 

At the moment we only support shipping to Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom and the United States of America. Our goal is to bring Olives and Bear to the whole world in time. The shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and added to your total order. For International shipping for orders of 10 or more or to other detitanations, please contact us at support@olivesandbear.com.

Dispatch time 

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Delivery time and shipping cost 

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail in case you can't find it. Below are the standard delivery times:

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box? 

Olives and Bear will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services.

My package is lost! 

If your package is lost in transit, please contact Olives and Bear support immediately at support@olivesandbear.com. After an order has been delivered to the order address, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The product I received looks different to the website and social media

Different screens on different devices display colors differently. Olives and Bear products may vary slightly in color from the images on our website and on social media.

Will there be delays in delivery due to COVID-19? 

We do not foresee any delays with local delivery. If a delay of delivery does occur you will be notified by the Olives and Bear team.

 

Exchange & Returns

Warranty returns 

Olives and Bear will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Olives and Bear to process your warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of: (a) refund to your payment method (b) a refund in store credit (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).

Do you offer refunds? 

All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or you have received the wrong item.

What payment methods are accepted? 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shopify Pay.

Can I cancel or change an order after I place it? 

Our team moves quickly to get your order shipped out ASAP, which means that we aren't able to make any changes to an order once it's been placed.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders? 

Yes. For orders of 10 or more, you can save 20-30% off. Please email us at bulk@olivesandbear.com.
